Help and standard terms and conditions. 1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions Please note that these terms and conditions apply to all orders. Upon receipt of order from yourself we confirm that this constitutes your acceptance that our conditions apply to the contract, regardless of any purported terms put forward by yourself. These terms and conditions replace all others. If you do not accept these conditions, do not complete your order or enter your credit card details. 2. Terms of Payment Payment is required in full before processing of goods can commence. We currently only accept Paypal online. If you wish to pay by cheque or cash then please contact us at sales@fourwheeldriveclub.com 3. Discounts and sale items Discounts and sale items are offered from time to time. Details will be alongside any relevant items. 4. Payment Terms i. We accept payment by PayPal only, using the online shopping cart ii. We may accept payment by cash and/or cheque. Products & prices Every effort is made to describe goods as accurately as possible, whether in our product list or on our website, however we give no guarantee as to accuracy of colours. We reserve the right to amend any detail or design of products illustrated, or any prices without notice. (All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT at the current rate, where applicable.) We accept no responsibility for any errors or mis-description of products and any losses as a result of this. 6. Contracts and Quotations In the event that there should be any changes in government regulations or the law which requires us to increase prices, we reserve the right to adjust any quoted prices. Should there be any increase in costs of materials or wages to us occurring after the confirmation of an accepted order, we shall be entitled to charge such increases to you. All quoted prices are subject to stock availability. 7. Passing of Risk and Title i. Goods shall remain our property until full payment is received. This applies whether the goods have been delivered or not. ii. Upon delivery the risks in the goods shall pass to yourself. 8. Delivery i. Delivery dates and times quoted are not guaranteed and are subject to change without notice. ii. We aim to process and ship stock items within two days. Most stickers (apart from personalised ones) are held in stock as are some items of clothing and merchandise. If you have a specific need, please contact us iii. Items which are not stocked are generally shipped within 14 days. If there is a significant delay we will inform you. iii. It may be possible to arrange special express deliveries, but they will be subject to additional charges. If this is of interest, please contact us 9. Claims, Returns & Refunds We offer a 14 day money back guarantee. If you are not satified in any way, simply return the goods for a refund or replacement. 10. Liability i.
